Senior Counsel, Employment - Dulles, VA
We are seeking an experienced attorney to work in AOL's employment law group. The attorney would be responsible for providing day-to-day counseling to HR managers and business clients on a full range of employment-related legal issues and for developing practical solutions to ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws. Responsibilities include counseling on issues such as diversity and EEO compliance, government contractor obligations, performance management and lawful terminations, managing leave issues, investigating misconduct and recommending courses of action, accommodating disabilities, non-competition and non-solicitation issues, contingent labor issues, and reductions-in-force.
