The Corporate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice to the organization on a wide range of topics, including intellectual property, employment law matters, real property, marketing law and advertising, regulatory issues, and state-specific healthcare and other laws. The Corporate Attorney will provide a broad range of legal support for operational and corporate services issues, focusing largely on drafting, revising, and negotiating commercial contracts of all sizes, including property leases, physician services agreements, termination agreements, consulting services, facilities management contracts, marketing and agency contracts, consultancy and other services arrangements, and other related commercial contracts. The scope of responsibilities may change as the team evolves and grows.
