Corporate Counsel - Bedminster, NJ
Provide legal guidance regarding international transactions, in particular legal relationships between French and U.S. system; develop legal strategy and approach to ensure legal compliance, working closely with French parent company; prepare, draft, review, and negotiate commercial, partnership and any business agreements and other legal documents; provide legal expertise/support for all sorts of business transactions that include, without limitation, technology licensing, information technology and marketing solution outsourcing, and business alliance agreements; provide legal expertise for operations regarding the international matters and in particular for multinational global agreements with U.S. customers, perform the necessary sign-off regarding namely Europe privacy and all Europe/French related matters; perform internal trainings and presentations to business teams as necessary; prepare and advise on matters relating to legal compliance, policies and practices; provide advice and counsel to various departments within company (e.g. Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance) within the Americas (U.S., Canada, Latin America) regarding general legal requirements/compliance and best practices and strategies for managing risk; support implementation of procedures and policies regarding contract approval for Americas local business.
